He mentioned it today as well. He has video apparently. US hospital ships where organ harvesting mostly hearts take place. He has emails of the Podesta's, CF & others with names of recipients.

Remember Kanye said that Jay Z butt hurt him. There is a clue in there somewhere. It is a crazy mix I think. I believe I have read that the recipients are taken to the organ thus making it less costly and dangerous.
