Please have a look at this image . According to an anon on 4 Chan/pol/, it was created by an art collective called Gelitin in 2001 . According to the anon, this image was the bottom image on their website gelitin.net, but when I checked last night it had been removed.

This art collective also did an art installation in the World Trade Towers shortly before 9/11 (removing a window and installing a balcony). That in itself looks pretty sinister. On the whole their art is kind of degenerate but also kind of amusing. I can't seem to link to the anon's original comment so I copied and pasted what he posted as follows:
