Did a little digging, some Paul Taylor looks like he founded and owned Turbo Global Partners/DIBZ. Found this from a message board about trading DIBZ/Turbo stocks. It looks like the whole site is trading shell corporations. DIBZ/Turbo definitely looks to be one.

This all looks sketchy. Possible traffickers? Or just penny stock scammers?
