I don't doubt or argue biden is a bit creepy...or that sessions seems to keep the distance between his grand daughter and biden, but here's what I feel a more clear take on what is occurring in the video..true, Sessions brushes his hand away and true Biden says "what happened" but it if you watch closely, what happens is her hair gets caught and sessions says "Oh,Hello" at 7 seconds of the https://youtu.be/Hdms5kl5BMMYouTube link in the OP. He's messing with her hair at about 10 when the zoom to biden, and you hear sessions say "it got caught" - referring to his grand daughter's hair and it looks like biden reaches to help at the tail end and it sounds like sessions says "don't touch, she's a tough girl" and that's when the swat happens and Biden says what happened over the top of sessions comments.
It definitely it appears that sessions has reservations about Biden being close to her for sure. but it also appears that Biden reached over to possibly help. Sessions doesn't seem to want to be the buffer between the two certainly though.

From the little bit I glean from this quick meet-up/photo-op.....Sessions hardly makes eye contact with Biden. In fact, Sessions looks hurried with a touch of disregard.

Now I have no idea of their relationship the past 8 years but I pick up quite a bit of disharmony or even animosity between Sessions towards Biden.

I didn't see or hear it the first time, but rewinding it Sessions was trying to pull his gdaughters hair out, but as perv Biden moved forward it looked like Sessions hand movements became stiff. At first I thought he was awkwardly swatting the girls hair, but then I heard the comment. He quickly moved between Perv and the girl and said, Don't touch her. Perv said, 'oh what happened."

The announcer was talking through it so it was hard to hear.

If someone gets the original and amplifies the sound and slows the speed down it would be clearer.

I don't think anything's getting past Sessions, least of all that perv of a pig with his granddaughter.

There is absolutely zero doubt he says 'oh what happened.' No slow-down or rewind is needed. With Sessions there is some background noise but you can clearly hear 'touch her' preceded by a one syllable word. The only possibility for that is 'don't'

This is just fascinating. It explains to me a lot of the comments I hear when I go out with one of my friends to somewhere like the post office. I get asked (supposedly jokingly) if he's my bodyguard. I'm one of those people that was never able to learn assertiveness and so end up getting weird grabby people on me a lot (even though I'm not particularly attractive). He does a lot of those things in the video. The eye contact, he's very aware of how close people get and he doesn't hesitate to put an arm or his whole body in between me and someone getting creepy close.

Please guys, just wow, learn the little things this woman says work in this video. You'll make a lot of the women around you feel much more comfortable. It's also made me think of little things that I need to work on to protect myself when I'm alone. I always wondered why I'm the one getting creeped out all the time. I look down too much and many of the other body language queues I can see that I'm just asking for trouble.

I'm not saying it's something that happens constantly! I'm not that paranoid :) I'm just saying that it happens often enough that I've noticed it and joked about being a creep magnet and never really knew why.
