Coincidentally I just read this article.

https://www.techworm.net/2016/04/judge-deems-warrants-issued-fbi-honeypot-playpen-child-porn-campaign-illegal.html

TLDR FBI creates honeypot, ends up being biggest cp site w 200k users but only arrested 137 and they got off cuz a judge said it was basically like a warrantless wiretap outside their jurisdiction, quote:

FBI has been a strong votary of need to change the rules so that judges could authorize warrants for electronic searches in multiple locations or even when investigators don’t know the physical location of a device.

But tech companies such as Google , computer scientists and privacy advocates have decried the potential change, which they believe would give the FBI the authority to hack computers with little oversight.

they had to be dragged kicking and screaming just to write that! in fact, by it's bare minimum message -- given all that Googledome commands in the world -- it is worth ARCHIVING immediately (i donno how). It demonstrates clearly how little regard they haveand space devoted -- given the amount of national coverage and hooplah received for Anti-Trafficking Month. Excellent grab. For something so "little" (brief), it might be huge, for those practicing their profiling skills.
