But in this case isn't it pretty telling that he has to do it? I mean to the general public doesn't it look like trafficing and all the other things must not have been a priority? Like...these aren't obscure offenses he's mentioning. As in, he's not saying "We will now focus on illicit, black market cigarette sales!" To me, it would be as shocking as if the president made an EO regarding the enforcement of murder. Most people's reaction would have to be along the lines of "Uhhh...what were we doing before". I'm just saying this because I've been consistently impressed with how Trump seems to always be doing 2 things at once in hindsight.
