It is important that Sessions recuse himself from the Clinton case so as not to be accused of potentially politicizing the investigation by Trump's opponents. It is exactly what Lynch should have done from day one if she had any integrity. Sessions will recuse himself and appoint a special prosecutor. Again, what Lynch should have done. My bet is that he will appoint Preet Bharara who is currently investigating the Clintons in his capacity as U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York. Bharara has a reputation for going after high value targets such as Wall street bankers and big name politicians. Also, the Assange video that was shot several years ago does not say he is releasing state department documents. In the video, he is attempting to warn then SOS Hillary Clinton about the possibility of fully unredacted documents being released by another player in possession of said documents. I'm not sure what Anon is hinting at in the video but we will be finding out very soon. My guess is probably February 22 but it's just a guess (F22 Raptor engine, the song "Bad Moon Rising" playing in the video - full moon on Feb. 22). At this point there is only wild speculation as to what will be released in the near future. Some possibilities include info on 911 or perhaps the entire contents of Anthony Weiner's laptop or it could very well be a release related to some other as yet unknown matter. Either way, only Assange knows for sure what is coming down the pipeline and he is getting people all worked up with his series of cryptic tweets related to Vault 7. The clues are vague enough to fuel speculation and incite debate. It is an extremely effective strategy to spark and maintain interest. Also, it is quite possible that the tweets are not even meant for regular folks like you and me but perhaps directed at the FBI and DOJ in order to spur action on their parts. "Do your job or I will have to do it for you" type of thing. Who knows? No matter what, something big is coming very soon and it is a wonderful thing indeed to live in such interesting times.

Here's the video where Sessions indicates he would recuse himself from investigations involving the Clintons or Clinton Foundation.

What is that video of Assange from? And notice they said the cables are about to be released, unredacted, and "not by us".

Edit: Is that video from when they leaked cables a few years ago, while Hillary was still SOS?

ThePuppetShow

Sessions recused himself from the private email server investigation in Jan. Seriously doubt that Assange video is current.

He recused himself in the video from all investigations involving Hillary, not just the email case.

Regarding the video, I agree, but would like to know where the footage came from.

I missed that quote, will rewatch.

It just means his hands won't be directly on it so that no one can claim it's political.

If the FBI and DOJ, maybe with Chaffetz and Gowdy go after her on the other hand... well... there ya go.

SIMONBARROW

I think Wikileaks should just release what they have, not threaten to use it for leverage.

MyUSA2017

I agree. If they have it, drop it!

podesta4prison

It may be a chance to allow the Trump administration to do the right thing and bring it down, before Assange opens the curtain on her.

I think they're just hyping a release again for more visibility, especially if Assange might get booted from the embassy soon. And donations, of course.

podesta4prison

If that video was recorded after 2012, it appears Assange is not at the embassy.

edit: nevermind, the video is timestamped.

Assange is missing, and you have no fucking idea how bad the information he was ready to release was.

Here is the best hint that I can muster from my life's research:

We don't know it was regarding that, but we probably really don't have any idea how serious the release is/was.

Then again, I don't believe Assange is missing, either, but might be having some personal breakdowns over being cooped in the embassy for so long. That's just my opinion, though.
