Colbert's messing with us in his sly way. Seaman has attacked Tapper numerous times in videos and tweets. Tapper's wife is also on record somewhere that CPP is her favourite restaurant.

Think Colbert was just making an off-color remark (cucked as he is), though "cheese plate" is a little odd in word choice. Remember, pedos may use food as code, but not every food reference refers to pedos (even the "balls deep" ones).
