The low levels busts are just the beginning. I do have hope , the FBI seems to start with the low level criminals and proceeds upward at least in other cases I have followed. Especially complicated cases with high profile criminals. I just wish they would move quick because I am so scared that evidence or witnesses or victims will be lost!
