The color of the swirl matches the car, and if you watch the movie there are a lot of similar themes like human trafficking and snuff films. Highly recommend watching though extremely NSFW.

As the camera zooms in on the pedophile Santa in the red car, check the red swirl in the graffiti in the background. Only there for a second but should be clear.
