The sting was that they pretended to offer sex for sale and arrested would-be clients. So 723 of those arrested were potential 'johns'.

They did also somehow arrest 29 traffickers. The article discusses the johns but I would be more interested in these traffickers, and how they caught them.

The term sex trafficking would encompass a pimp who has a couple of prostitutes, more likely than the sort of child kidnapping and smuggling rings we might be looking for.

They arrested 29 traffickers the rest are johns (would-be prostitution clients caught in this sting). So you are probably looking at mug shots of the johns. These are not their foot soldiers.
