Really Graceful in YouTube summed it up nicely - Tzu is a reference to The Art of War, which she summarized as a method of warfare that doesn't require you to engage physically. In other words, Swann is fighting from behind the scenes, or he is signaling that the warfare is taking place behind the scenes. "Trust me" he says. And he has a badass track record to back up any faith we place in him.
