I would bet that the new administration will allocate resources to reopen this case. The obama dept justice cared more about hate crimes, decriminalizing pot, and prosecuting police. Priorities are different in trumps administration. We should request it is reopened, I bet a lot of these pedos are creating chaos in Washington right now. It could be a win win for trump.
