At the surname, the man quickly lowers his voice, as if he realizes it might not be the smartest idea to say his name out loud

The accent and the intonation are off, many people sound alike when screaming like this but most importantly, there is no known or plausible connection to Podesta and we don't know how this footage came into this investigation, so our chain of evidence is heavily compromised.

I would say, like any judge or jury, that given the lack of even circumstantial evidence that this is Podesta, we have to assume it isn't and the burden of proof lies with those who say it is.

Until that time I will continue to flag this mis/disinfo and so should any investigator.

I agree with those who think it's not Podesta. I would describe the voices as somewhat similar but not a match. On what occasion did Podesta tell someone to 'just get lost.' Was this recent?

Still what about the clear Boston accent? What about the fact that the existence of footage like this from a guy like Podesta is unlikely in the extreme?
