The only example of underage nudity in a major holywood film that stood out to me was American Beauty. Thora Birch is 16 when the topless scenes are filmed. I am pretty young so I remembered her from hocus pocus which I watched as a child. I remember being shocked to see her topless, she was very well endowed.
