I've been meaning to make a thread, asking someone with more expertise, at what point music started becoming another tool of mind control.

I suppose you could argue that through frequencies and harmonies resonating through great churches and other halls music has been used to, at the very least, perpetuate beliefs of the pious. I'd love to hear some opinions from people who have read on the subject, though, as I'm mostly just speculating.
