I'm looking at this through a legality and maturity lens. you are going off on something completely different. we don't need real "victims" for people to be charged with CP or stat rape. We have cases in the US where high school kids are charged with distributing CP for merely texting pics to each other.

It has been reasoned that a child is under the age of 18. That age sets a standard for when such child becomes an adult. It had been generally agreed upon that a child is not reasonably fully developed in all understanding and faculties until they have reached the age of 18. A line has been drawn, if you don't agree with the line convince legislators to change it. Otherwise you are promoting rape simply by saying it's not a good idea to interfere with it. It's a dam good idea, and if you know of such occurring and I found out I would report you for facilitating it as well. Our laws are clear, in there are legal expectations in some states where the age disparity between the two must be greater than so many years. I personally think most people are retards until at least the age of 25, and then most are still just new at figuring life out in any real way. under 18 sex at all should be a crime, especially with someone over 17 even by one day, they should get locked up in my opinion.
