Why don't you ask him? He is about as Orthodox in his manner and appearance as you can possibly get and his now deleted twitter statements were what really changed the raised eyebrows to a verdict. Unfortunately those are gone, yet I doubt he would deny that he is if you ask him point blank. I know for a fact this piece of crap is an Orthodox Jew, I don't use the normal channels of inquiry all the time - only when I need to prove something publicly.
