I would not remove the submission for this. Based on the title of the video itself, the title of the submission seems to be consistent with the original content. Since we can't watch every 25-minute video that is being posted, this is what I tend to check for first. But in general, for longer videos like this, we prefer to see a little longer summary as well, especially if the video title suggests a broader subject than what the submission title sums up. So if you want to make sure, just spend a few extra minutes writing up a summary of a few lines (think 3-5), and it is unlikely that we will remove your submission per rule 3 then. Hope this helps.
