Webb has said the Russians did 700 deep nuclear explosions to help drill for oil.....it is like the ultimate fracking....you blow a nuke under ground and fracture the earth and that smashes the ground and releases the natural gasses and oil.....Webb implies it easily could of been a drilling operation that planted a huge hydrogen bomb.....way way more powerful than the toys nukes used at Hiroshima.
