You can see in this photo that Tamera Luzzatto does not have a tattoo on her arm unlike the woman in the midwife blog giving birth to Maeve Luzzatto. That tells me the woman who gives birth to Maeve Luzzatto is not Tamera Luzzatto.

edit-- Just updating my post here.. the woman who gave birth to Maeve Luzzatto is an actress named Alexandra Tydings who is Married to Ben Luzzatto

I have always thought it was James. If that is Tamera Luzzatto, then her husband is named David Leiter and he doesn't look like that, he has a full head of hair.
