It's probably a CIA-run blackmail network involving paedophilia, but to convince the public of something of that nature you have to start from the bottom up. Before you can say it's a CIA -run blackmail/paedophile network you have to show people that there is a large and well-organised paedophile ring in which many influential politicians are involved. Before you can speak of the existence of a vast paedophile ring involving influential politicians, you have to show people that large-scale paedophile rings exist and that they have spread their tentacles throughout the country.

So we have to start from the ground up, and I think that is the approach that the Trump administration is taking.

Having had the misfortune of dealing with a well-connected paedophile ring that received the protection of the local establishment, I know from bitter experience how crucial it is to start from the ground up if you want anyone to take you seriously. Never talk prematurely about Satanism or high-level government involvement if you want to convince people of the problem — first demonstrate to people that a well-connected network of paedophiles exists . Even people that aren't part of the network don't want to potentially discredit themselves by launching an investigation into "Satanism" — even if you really are dealing with a Satanic paedophile cult, you're shooting yourself in the foot by couching it in those terms.
