@Roy38 , it IS on TOP -- #1 position if you sort by WEEK. It's not on TOP - DAY because it is older than a day. That's how Voat works. It is not being slid.

Because it's from two days ago. It's not "hot" anymore. I don't know how voat works... maybe based on most recent upvote? If you organize by Top, it's the top post of the week. The CIA didn't remove it or anything.
But, yes. They are evil. They need eliminated.
