Update for liberal idiots that believe this nonsense. Here's a quick mental exercise for you: If everything leaked thus far was fabricated by Russia, why hasn't Hillary, Podesta or the DNC openly addressed any of the content and/or offered to show their "actual" emails to disprove the leaks from day 1?

I know that if I was implicated a serious collection of crimes, and it was all fake, I would be the first to announce that. Instead, we see resignations and hundreds of cross-validated data points that align with actual timelines. The leaks seem to be grounded in reality, while the left cries "Fake News" on a daily basis, without any evidence to support their insane claims.

Do you have any IT experience? What are the issues you see?

If you have control over a computer and an archive of the emails, say a pst file. It would be simple to move that archive onto another computer. To get it all the details right might be tricky and might depend on sophisticated user, but at a basic level the concept seems quite simple.
