I have no idea what's going on but reading that tweet sent before the Oscars looks like the implication is that Hillary is the real president but the US was handed the wrong card that said "Trump".

La la Land was too white and non political. It was set up to win but no way would it stand in Hollywood against a black gay film. When it was looking like LA LA Land was bound to win they set up this stunt. This is Hollywood people. This is what they do.
