I care, but I don't want to get in the way of any professionals that know how to care purposefully. In other words, let's not get in the way of honest authorities doing the investigations and making the arrests.

"Honest authorities doing investigations". You should know by now that the authorities aren't to be trusted, especially on such an investigation. Have you learnt nothing man?!

I believe that there are good people being stifled everywhere. Look for the person no one lets talk. Look for the person that looks overworked and frustrated. Look for the person that actively listens. And don't prejudge anyone until you get to know them...for good or for bad. Consistency of character and performance is what needs to be looked at.
