What is Lindsey Graham's association with progressive Century Foundation? ( pizzagate )

His name comes up on this foundation, but I can't see what his affiliation is with it. It's super liberal, progressive..although it says it's non-partisan.

Found this email in wikileaks...definite traitor https://wikileaks.org/podesta-emails/emailid/33589 . Basically seeing if POTUS will call him discreetly and congratulate his win and saying he is their best republican ally even if he has to rail against them the next few months.
