He says he has the names of the leaders of the NWO, pictures of Hastings strapped in his car, dead or unconcious, right before it blew up and listings of what appear to be CIA files for cocaine shipments.

Exactly what I came to post about, he says this when asked to upload evidence:

The same exact thing the "insurance files in the blockchain" trolls were saying, that their uploads were being blocked and they even went as far to say that even when the files were obfuscated that it would block them.

Now, I could see the NSA having a fiber tap at core ISP locations that check hashes of file payloads from incoming packets and to DDOS or somehow interrupt that connection, but to say that it is blocked through all telecom channels you are trying, even when that data is obfuscated, that is when I know it is bullshit.

Ya that's the one thing I would say too, about the ability to ID the specific file and block it. I also don't think we have all of the info on their capabilities. For instance, if Webb is correct about dusting, then they could trace this guy wherever he goes. This does not mean I believe him.
