The "original statement" is a spliced up video from TMZ...(TMZ is famous for sensationalizing everything they possibly can- we all know that, right?). In the above linked video Rieckermann makes a good point: the implication made by TMZ is that he personally witnessed murders at a party and didn't tell anyone until this TMZ reporter randomly asks him on the street if he's been to any fetish parties. This implication does not make sense and it would be hard to believe, so I think you need to give some credence to his argument that he was recounting what had been told to him from a third party source. Also, as he argues in the video above, he does in fact say "I think they actually killed people", not "I saw them kill people". He also says he was horrified and disgusted by the party. Of course, it is possible that he could be lying, and he actually did witness the murders and enjoyed watching, but it seems to be a stretch to say that he admitted to witnessing the murders in the TMZ video.

Be objective- and be very wary of things you hear from TMZ.
