Above my paygrade, but it looks like Rising Sun purchased a listed OTC stock from a company. The reverse (shell) merger is a way for a company to go "public", in the sense that pink slips are public, without incurring many of the major expenses associated with taking a company public. Even to list new on the OTCBB probably cost more than it would to take public. The strange thing is that they only have a market capitalization of 9.35 million dollars. That isn't a lot of value for a company making moves to open new lines of business or manage communities. Nor are there any SEC filings listed for them.

Something doesn't smell right about it though. To do this, the already publicly traded company Rising BioSciences, Inc. doesn't exist as far as I can tell. The ticker RSII has a 10 year OTCBB history, so I don't know what is going on here.

More interestingly, Yahoo Finance reports that Rising India, Inc. (RSII) announced last year acquisitions of TomCat Films, Summer Hill Films, Saint James Films, and Mike the Pike Productions:

The jury is still out. It's a bunch of weird corporate pea and shell game. Not unusual IMO. The money in the public sector doesn't match what is going on in bizdev world though. Odd.

This is all convincing despite being circumstantial, but, sadly, you kind of have to already be red-pilled to see this one. But I think this might be legit, if only because of how bad the website is, but then again, the company is worth $1.5mil supposedly, according to one of those links. All those articles might be PR they bought and fast food pizza, medical cannabis, and media might just be growth industries some wanna be entrepenuer chose to get into. I doubt it, but as I said, nothing above demonstrates anything as of yet, but it's definitely worth digging into, imo. Good find /pol/

Did a little digging, some Paul Taylor looks like he founded and owned Turbo Global Partners/DIBZ. Found this from a message board about trading DIBZ/Turbo stocks. It looks like the whole site is trading shell corporations. DIBZ/Turbo definitely looks to be one.

I am not an investor. No money. Don't know much about this stuff, but I think you might have something there. It makes sense the way you lay it out. Someone with investor background or stock market savvy will figure this all out ias.
