They don't only use that spiral in the CivAno but it's also their main logo.

They have a CivAno Neighborhood group, and a newsletter and both are written as Civano (spiral symbol) Crier/Neighborhood Group.

But they seem to be rated pretty high and they seem to be a large project that heavily affects that area .

I haven't seen anything on them that is troubling other than the logo. Excellent reviews. No obvious high society power links
