bFuddlez

Seriously? If I'm wrong, I'm wrong. I don't think what I said warrants accusations of defending pedophiles. Relax.

hels

Because adults use the word "disappear" all the time. If someone sends you an inappropriate snapchat what does it matter?

I ask you to please have the intelligence to think one level deeper.

fartyshorts

You can find some funny comments on Hillary's social media campaign.

My last concern is about the Clinton Campaign’s social media team. I think that it needs to be reformed. I understand that the media team is trying to appeal to the youth, in funny ways like ‘memes’ but that is simply not the way to go. I cringe almost every time I visit the Hillary Clinton Twitter account or view the Clinton Campaign Snapchat story. Young people want to be spoken to like adults, and in some ways it seems like Clinton is just peddling to the masses. It seems to me like Hillary Clintons media team is almost frightened to address the real, pressing issues. The Youth don’t want to know ‘Why Hillary Clinton Is Just Like Your Abuela’, they want to know how she is going to serve this country for the better. Not to mention ‘Why Hillary Clinton Is Just Like Your Abuela’ was a little disrespectful and cultural appropriating. It is a misguided way to connect with Latino voters.

Abuela = grandmother. That really was part of her campaign. 😂

Blazefierce

Former co-chair of Sony, Michael Lynton recently took a chairman position with Snapchat.

His name comes up 893 times in the wikileaks.

Not sure if means anything.

zzvoat

"Young children have have naked pics of themselves taken by psychopaths, they are sexually abused and then they disappear,."

nitro169

It was a joke about pervert bill clinton, see the attached photo.

Freemasonsrus

Thank you. Not sure how so many people missed that.

r3dtr1x

There's an attachment - a screenshot of an instagram picture of Hillary giving her snapchat account to Bill.

FuckReddit69

Funny how all these interviewers interviewing him never mentions these specific emails or questions them. "nothing out of the ordinary here" yea right jerkoff nice hardball questions .

fuspezza

My interpretation: if sick perverts also kidnap young children do to them horrific things on film pictures/movies and then they disappear, as in go missing buried sold to organ trafficker or to KILL ROOMS.

If so then you will win Iowa , I think this means that's what Iowa caucus is all about and what all its members are in too so don't worry they will vote you in.

n080d33

What in the fuck, upvoat and save.

MrG13

Sadly those types of things have been on the internet pretty early on.

Bluebirdsolitude

And the attached photo is Bill and Hillary....

cantsleepawink

Yes. I didn't initially see the attachment when I posted. Makes me wonder even more. And Albee is one of those copied into this infamous email: https://wikileaks.org/podesta-emails/emailid/49435

Bluebirdsolitude

Yes, remember this...good catch on the email.

party1981

This message becomes much creepier when you look at the attachment.

ProudTruther

I bet he had a pizza party with the maker's of snap chat so they hooked them up with the backdoor app or which in his mind is a free supply of child pornography.

murphy212

The email reads: "isn't snapchat when young people send naked pics of themselves to their lovers and then they disappear?" . The body is a continuation of the subject line. It's the pictures that disappear, not the young people. Probably a false alert (unfortunately). It could still be a creepy double-entente (why would he ask this to Podesta, he must have an IT guy to ask).

cantsleepawink

Yes, of course it could be seen in that light. But look at the next line where he writes 'that said..' and then goes on to another unrelated topic. So, that phrase points to the first line with emphasis..that's why I think, it could also be interpreted as code for something.

Godwillwin

I agree. I wouldn't think it too odd if it weren't for the "that said" part. When I say that being said, I'm linking something I say to the something I'm about to say. So he's linking Snapchat and Iowa for some reason

murphy212

I agree it may have another meaning, be an easter egg, an inside joke, or code of some kind. But there is an easy deniability for this one. The question remains: why would he ask Podesta what is snapchat? Perhaps they had just mentioned it over the phone; in the Wikileaks dump Podesta never answers Luke's question.

cantsleepawink

He's not really asking what is snapchat. His question is really rhetorical, so without the context we can't know why it came up in this email . And the reasons could be perfectly innocent. But given the nature of our investigation, that's why I thought I'd put forward this email as we're looking at everything.

formatist

In all honesty, no, I don't think it's odd. It sounds like how older people would clarify confusion about Snapchat.

Harpua33

I am not computer savvy, but could there be anything hidden in the picture attachments?

e-traiu

Skippytehpedo

mrjdouble

Spot on, weird fucking email. Specifically mentioning "young people" and "naked pictures" and "sending to other people" in the same message, with no apparent context, rhyme or reason?

Right, totally rational behavior for adults.

xbryn

I think the

and then they disappear?

refers to the photos, not the people.

racoonbite

more podesta/WaPO/CIA connections https://voat.co/v/pizzagatewhatever/1685499

cantsleepawink

The message is from Luke Albee.

cakeoflightylight

"and then they disappear" - yeah, I'm certain these pedos were just trying to understand Snapchat and what it does... (sarcasm)

Freudy_Krueger

He actually didn't say anything incriminating there... that's exactly what everyone says about snap chat and to be fair, it contains no references of ndersge. Just "young people" which is fair since Podesta isnt a spring chicken.

I may have said that exact same phrase when I discovered snap chat.

Just saying, watch out for confirmation bias.

hels

You've failed to understand how language works. How often is the word "disappeared" used day to day in the English language? If you were curious about snapchat and decided to email a non-close person..... please tell me how they were close friends.... why would you say "disappear" instead of "see once?"

Think about it, do you send emails to past friends asking about web apps?

Freudy_Krueger

I've failed? Who are you to Guage my speech patterns from the scarce few comments I have on here?

You might be jumping to conclusions. I personally probably would have said deleted, but this guy is old. Delete wasn't in his vocabulary during his formative years, I'm sure.

To an old person, the photos do disappear, like Houdinni

bFuddlez

Agreed. Neither do I see anything strange here. It's odd but I mostly read it as older people joking about their technological ineptitude.

cakeoflightylight

Holy shit

surgeson

Odd but it could very well be a dark joke. Author of the mail is lobbyist Luke Albee.

Newfind

Albee is a Sephardic Jewish name and the Jewish culture has a history of kidnapping them ritually killing Gentile children. That's why they've been kicked out of so many countries.

ThePuppetShow

Jewish? It's Scottish...

https://www.houseofnames.com/albee-family-crest

Edit: Weird, I also see the Jewish reference through Edward.

Agora1234

Young people, naked pictures, John Podesta. Snapchat? Idk

strix-varia

John, When you use snapchap, the naked pictures go away, so go ahead and use it John. Luke

juhos

Note there is pic as attachment

cakeoflightylight

It's Hillary handing over her Snapchat account to Bill

huhhh

She loves it, she loves it. Those messages disappear all by themselves!

MrG13

Someone should tell her about the snappening...

huhhh

Eugh...

IlluminatiKing

Lol. Haven't heard it put it that way.

Barry_McCochiner

I wonder if its more code speak

Dressage2

Everything about Podesta's emails are odd.
