This is what's called a SLAPP. It's intention is simply to silence the victim (oh sorry, the defendant). The person suing KNOWS he does not have the law on his side; Maccoby knows that the journo has done nothing wrong. But the lawsuit is meant to frighten the journalist and make him back off.

In this instance, he is doing the best thing possible -- making it VERY public. The best thing we can do to support him is to spread the news widely. This will have the effect of causing very bad press for Maccoby, and will bring attention to the issue of pizzagate, Alefantis and Brock. This has the potential to misfire terribly for Maccoby. This is a risky move by Maccoby. He'd be praying that the journo just lays over, because if he doesn't, Maccoby is stuffed.

If the journo genuinely has no money, that is better, because there is no real threat to him.

A good example of a SLAPP is when McDonalds spent £10 million suing two broke unrepresented defendants, a gardener and postal worker, combined income £12,000. I believe that case is still being fought. The two defendants don't care that they're being sued; they have no money to pay.

Reporter from End Times has been under massive internet attack since Feb 28th. His PayPal accounts have been frozen, social media accounts asking to change passwords constantly, FedEx account asking to change passwords, DDos attacks mean he can't upload 10 min videos.

His car has been tampered with - the oil cap removed, anti freeze drained and the air con hose cut.

He's received a letter from a lawyer acting on behalf of Michael McCoby (Laura Silsby Haiti children case). The letter requests that he take down the video, apologize, and pay 5 million compensation. If this isn't done by March 3, he will take it to a court of law.

The reporter hasn't accused McCooby or anyone of anything in his videos, and says 'bring it on'. He states that it's not illegal under the first amendment, to state facts.

Please post something everyday not only letting us know you're ok but letting them know you're not alone.

Look, I have NO idea what I'm talking about but what if the vid creator made the vids - say there are 15 total - and s/he gave the remaining 12 to to 12 random pg researchers who had YT accounts who had posted nothing on them at all or nothing on PG -- and never planned to again? The ONLY thing they published would be one of these. The creator wouldn't put his/her name on them or in them - just straight up push the info. out there. If this idea had any merit, there are many details others could figure out, including how to get the word out.

The accusations are justified, and suing someone only brings light* to the facts that they won't even address in a single a interview since this "scandal" broke.
