The last part is...interesting. Perhaps this was another video sent to WorldCorp rather than one they made.

That said, this feels like another tar pit rife with confirmation bias, since even that is the vaguest of visual evidence.

Even if it is something, there's no way WorldCorp is going to spill where they got the video from (if it is real). Report them to the host site's state and the FBI if you think this shows they're not just making fake crap.
