The problem is CPS always shows up with cops to take your kids away and the cops are crooked and stupid they won't protect your rights they will tell you to give up your kids or go to jail and some parents do go to jail and still lose their kids to the evil Child Profit System. The cops are too damn stupid to know what is right and what is wrong. They are the gestapo for the nazis. Don't ever think cops will help you in a situation like this if CPS is on your doorstep with a legal notice for your kids it's over you lost and you have to hire a lawyer or try to get free legal aid to get your kids back.

I got my degree in social work, then once I got into the field I realized what a shit show it is. Social workers can claim they're trying to be as unbiased as possible, but at the end of the day it's a melting pot of emotions and little resources. They say "we're one of the few professions that want to go out of business." But that's idealistic bullshit, no one wants to lose their jobs. So how do we create them? Keep kids in the system. How do we keep social workers doing that? Feed them feelings based bullshit and pay them shit wages

Not saying I agree with the opposition, either. I have a fundamental problem with parens patriae, which IMO should never have been established (in place since 1839). The regular due process is NOT in place in CPS cases, and of course that has led to THIS situation.

I can't believe Americans would not retaliate to this with gun violence, if a social worker is allowed to lie with impunity to take away your kids and it happens to you then shoot the social worker and if enough people do that and it doesn't change anything start shooting the judges.
