Very interesting. Being a victim who has studied this, I consider myself very well informed on this topic. But I learned a couple of things from the video.

Psychologically profiling perps is very important to understanding how they think and the angles they use. But the crux of this is about SYSTEMS and CULTURES (GROUPS), which is why the problem is pandemic. It must be addressed on that level if we are to have ANY hope of tackling the problem. Personally, I am not optimistic. Too many entrenched powers.
