Here is an initial list of pages on Facebook that support pedophilia. You may find others. How about using this page to add any that you find. Also, if you live in the vicinity of Philadelphia, or Overland Park, Kansas, I suggest alerting the local authorities about the two pertinent pages.

Whenever we contact law enforcement authorities about any of these matters, we should be prepared for resistance (at least inertia) and have all our information ready. Politely press the point as a concerned citizen and good neighbor. Make sure we get the contact information of those with him we communicate. Afterwards, follow-up, to learn what they're doing.

(As to whether or not we say we're reporting online, that may be a second resort, I don't know, but it could help or it could be off-putting if one sounds arrogant. All in all, I would guess it would usually help.)
