Who is George, and why does he need a code-name?

The back-story of this detective, Kevin Halligen, is pretty interesting. Apparently people transpired to frame him as a con-man, and he was jailed for 21 months. The CIA-funded Washington Post editor, Kevin Sullivan, who wrote a hit piece on Halligen, happens to be friends with Tony Podesta and James Alefantis, being an attendee at one of their birthday parties. What shocked me was how psychopathic he looked from the first impression. Anyway, I was wondering: could this be connected to the reason why John "Skippy" Podesta joined the Washington Post recently?

How many Georges are there, that are connected with the Podesta brothers, and are powerful enough to have the entire media effectively cover-up for something as gruesome as a child abduction? One of the Georges would be Skippy's master. He happens to have the same eye-defect as Maddie. His official website that lists all the activity he participates in, strangely has wiped all activity between 2006-2009 on the Wayback Machine. Is that not suspicious?
