Not sure if it was this article, or the one on DailyMail(?), but either way, Acosta tried to explain on why there wasn't a harsher sentence. Apparently some of the victims came forward after the case was over, and there was a huge pushback from Epstein's lawyers( and maybe somewhere else).

Definitely him. It's just a few miles north of Mar-a-Lago like other reports have mentioned.

Well now Sessions, what do you have to say? The ball is in your court.

The attorney is actually Acosta. Trump's nominee for Labor Secretary. WTF?

OleHickry

If you read the court docs & know what happened, you will see that Acosta had this case basically taken out of his hands by the DOJ. Judge sealed the court docs. Acosta was the prosecuting attorney, but he has a boss, the DOJ. I'm in law school, & currently work at the Federal Eastern District of LA. He had to listen to his boss.

Yeah this happened in 2007 guys. Acosta does not need to be confirmed whether or not he listened to his boss. But his boss at the time was not Jeff Sessions. My question is whether the non-prosecution agreement on the other charges was a condition of his plea agreement.

InfoWarsDotComFan

Does that mean Jeff Sessions is his boss?

OleHickry

Sessions is the boss over all the USAs

I'm dissapointed.
