Does anyone have any information on the Pedophilia Certification Emails on Wikileaks? I'm trying to connect people to the members of the boards of these NGOs that are listed. What does it mean if a NGO has its name on this list? How exactly does a group make it on these lists?

It reads like the UN requires a written letter or some sort of official confirmation from the director/leader of each of the organization they affiliate with confirming that their organization does not affiliate with groups or other organizations that ' promotes, condones, or seeks the legalization of pedophilia.'
