As was brought up previously here in voat, if you search for 'pizzagate' on google there is a disclaimer that prints at the bottom of the list
"In response to a complaint we received under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act[1], we have removed 1 result(s) from this page. If you wish, you may read the DMCA complaint[2] that caused the removal(s) at LumenDatabase.org. "

It should definitely be noted that there is only one link to an 'allegedly offending url', number 296
https://voat.co/v/pizzagate
Of the other 344 links given every other one is a direct link to an anime episode, whereas the the entire pizzage subverse at voat is given and no indication of any episode of anime is mentioned linked to voat.
In fact, voat is not ever mentioned again. It is merely lumped together with all these other sites and google uses it as an excuse to remove it from the search results.
So what has to happen is we have to demand the legal department of google to respond with a direct url that shows infringing episodes of the anime in question on this subverse.
You can start doing this now by clicking the "Send Feedback" at the bottom of the google search page, and sending something like:
"I have read the DMCA copyright claim at
https://www.lumendatabase.org/notices/13959495#
in regards to item 296 of the first claim
https://voat.co/v/pizzagate
this is not a link to any episode of anime. Please provide a specific link, or provide further evidence that there is infringed material contained within this website. I want a direct response from the legal department in regards to this offense"
If there is a legal department for voat perhaps they could weigh in on this as well, and if there are any lawyers amongst us it would be great if we could get something much more formal started.

See pizzagatebot comment below, "Urgent: Given the literal blocking by. .." It's a work around.

Thanks. The workaround has been pretty effective, and I think it's starting to spread more.

Please see my related post here: https://voat.co/v/pizzagate/1693523
The URLs around the Voat URL all have the word "gate" in them, which made me wonder if it was a mistake. So I started searching the company behind the request, and found that they have done the same thing before. Details are in my post.

Well, if you were going to implant a URL in there, where would you plant it? Around any other keywords that show up in the URL list for some kind of plausible deniability. Gate is an incredibly common word, why no other non-anime links with gate in them?
It seems like having the ability to plant unwanted URL's in a blob of unrelated DCMA ones would be useful. Don't want something showing up? Pay or just pull strings on one of your media companies to inject the url into one of many of these requests. It is like a lawmaker injecting something ridiculous into a 1000+ page bill knowing nobody will or have time to meticulously go over it.

ya it seems like a class action lawsuit needs to be filed against "Japan Creative Contents Alliance LLC"

Great idea up you go. Not sure if Google works that way though. It is a private company and their service. I don't think that they have too many obligations to adhere to this.

This is the link to remove the DMCA complaint. Someone from VOAT should submit: https://www.lumendatabase.org/counter_notices/new

adding this link above, good point

Thanks!

Once again, voat is scrubbed from the list of printed results on page one of a seach on google for pizzagate (but it does show two videos). These results keep changing due to the censorship. With all of voat's focus on pizzagate, with constant new information and heavy links pointing internally and externally, and with "pizzagate" in our actual domain name, we should dominate a search on this term.

Hi! I used Google to find related Voat posts using the URL(s) in your post and created the following link(s):
