The only cure for these ppl is exorcisms. You can analyze them all day long, but their behavior will not change until the evil spirits are locked away. I realize that that is too bizarre for most to accept, but it's a fact. You can find that fact in all of the major religions even in their diluted forms. If you kill the body, but don't conquer the evil spirit, the spirit will just find another vulnerable soul's body to inhabit, just as they went into pigs in the bible.

What! Are you kidding me? This is a culture. Males & females grow up in these situations & the rituals are passed down generation to generation. They know nothing else becuz this is a closed off culture. They are taught that we are the abnormal ones.
