No, they aren't underfunded. Not really. It is an ILLUSION.

Municipalities, counties, states, and fed governments have been LYING to us for decades. They tell you about the BUDGET but NEVER tell you about the CAFR. They have zillions in HIDDEN MONEY that they don't want us to know about.

If they ever do their damned jobs and crack down on this pedo crap, expect tax hikes to "pay for it."

Everyone reading this should go to your city's website and look for the CAFR (Comprehensive Annual Financial Report). You will see all the ASSETS (investments, real estate, etc.) that they BOUGHT with OUR tax dollars and are getting a RETURN on. If it's not there, then DEMAND to see it.

My shifty city had to be PUSHED to post the recent ones. Gee, I wonder why.
