My last post was deleted because apparently this isn't linked to Pizzagate, now that we know it was a University of Technology Law lecturer i'm sure thats good enough to say it has some relation as he is part of the system!!

Here's the story from another news source. This just goes to prove how far someone with 'a name' can get. Impersonator or the real deal, kids did this for who the believed was Justin Bieber.
