I'm working off a cell phone and hope someone can take my theory and run with it with all the rules, links, sources, etc... after Vault 7 was released I searched old tweets from Wikileaks looking for clues of what the contents of the remaining 99% of CIA documents will be. Their was references to Vault 7 dated back to at least October from Wikileaks and also Kim Dotcom. So coincidentally the George Webb series stared shortly after. And if you don't know who George Webb is you should recuse yourself from this investigation. I always said he must have several FBI or CIA sources or a million top secret emails to be able to come up with so much sourced and detailed information and with less than 1% of Vault 7 released that leaves about 1 million documents to be released by Wikileaks. Assange has said that some journalist will get documents before they are released. My theory is that Webb has been given these documents in order to lay out 100's of hours of detailed videos explaining the contents of these documents before they are released. Also Dotcom has at least 12 computer geniuses working on his new online business which could be a cover since Dotcom, through his old tweets knew about Vault 7 in October of 2016. I hope I am wrong. Do y'all know what that would mean if Vault 7 proves Webb right? Their is a great post from 28 days ago that list the cliff notes for all of Webb's videos that everyone must read considering the release of Vault 7 and the type of information Webb has access too. I hope I get debunked.
