Sberbank is the largest bank is Russia. People tend to call it the KGB financing arm. KGB it now the FSB.

Update: I found this zerohedge article. Looks like it's to push for sanctions removal. But why would they ally themselves with the Podestas now? Do they not know their public hangings are imminent?
