Pizza doesn't have an expiraton date, unless it's frozen. Do they have freezer trucks. If not, it seems incriminating.

nomorepepperoni

Apparently I need to title my digs more vaguely lol.

Good call though! Now that we have more info, we might be able to find more relevant clues in Stratford.

bignickwicked

This REEKS. Good find, OP.

archons

I think I found sites that use this method to buy kids. I need to go get the links though.

AreWeSure

Hi. This is seems like they are just testing a new website.

Lots of software developers use a codename for a new software build. If 5.0 is called lemon and you do small updates, you might have builds, 5.1 lemon, 5.2 lemon, at the same time you might be working on the 6.0 version called lime. It helps keeps things straight. If a bug comes in, you want to know if it's a lemon bug or a lime bug.

VieBleu

I hope this adds something.

Looking back at the Pizza programming language Wikipedia entry to the earliest draft https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Pizza_(programming_language)&oldid=420234744 we get -

"Work on Pizza has more or less stopped since 2002." and "we wanted to integrate the functional and object-oriented parts in a cleaner way than what we were able to achieve before with the Pizza language. [...] In Pizza we did a clunkier attempt, and in Scala I think we achieved a much smoother integration between the two."[2]

So programmers had abandoned this programming language almost a decade previous to the wikileaks leaked source material of 2011. Make much sense? No. It points in the direction that the source material was not about an intelligence agency testing a coding language considered obsolete.

Have yall ever wondered why pizza is round, cut into triangles then put in a square box? Sorry....continue.

VieBleu

to cover all the angles?

pbvrocks

This is clearly not for a pizza website..shipping weird term...visitors a weird term...expiration (would a pizza expire?)..agree this is to weird to be pizza and would guess about buying and selling something else...bastards!

VieBleu

and what about offers! with 2 offers, 3 offers - WTF?? bidding on pizzas. I want an explanation.

reasonedandinformed

This Stratfor email came up very early and is definitely worth a deeper look. I think there is likely more in Stratfor for people with time to do keyword searches and dig. The email made me think of this: https://voat.co/v/pizzagate/1439841 (something I was not sure if it was legit, and it generated a lot of debate).

VieBleu

I don't know if I trust those who are yelling hoax on that thread. MAGABoomer for 1 has proven to be a foul mouthed butthead and very unsavory - yells "hoax" at a lot of things like Rumplestitlsin howls when he looses a bet for a baby.

reasonedandinformed

I don't think he is CTR troll from his posts, but some will too easily dismiss things that could be legit leads without proving them to be a dead end. The post was so alarming that cognitive dissonance and the idea that they "can't possibly be that flagrant" will easily cause people to dismiss w/o digging further.

newworldahead

Posting my comment ( https://voat.co/v/pizzagate/1709878/8368909) ) once again as I believe it is important.

Me again. Sorry for hijacking your comment ;) I found this report in the emails: https://search.wikileaks.org/gifiles/attach/115/115891_pizza-final-report.pdf

Looks like the service provided (Pizza version and old version) is a subscription to their newsletter. From what we can see in this report, the "pizza" version looks quite innocent. The difference is simply that the signup process is split into two pages. I believe they simply decided to call the new version "Pizza" for whatever reason. Anytime they refer to pizza, they talk about this specific version.

I could be wrong but this is my understanding. I think those who said this was a "dead end" were right.

One question remains though: Why are these people so obsessed with pizza? We must remember that they are the same people who want to know how many will join for the pizza because they have only one slice and they want to know how thinly to slice it...

Amino69

They love triangles/pyramids and pizza is neatly divisible!

educate_yourself

great find dude!!!! shipping pizza is like reported clothing dead on arrival... plausible maybe to some but i dont buy it for a second

jstayz44

Please check for previous conversation around Stratfor or Dyncorp's "International Pizza Delivery" scheme for human trafficking...this was mentioned either here, Discord or Reddit. I don't know enough about programming languages, but trust your instincts...there are a lot of people on here with different opinions...trust your gut and go with it until YOU feel confident that it either leads somewhere or doesn't.

VieBleu

best comment on thread.

Palaver

Can't go a day without v/pizzagate hitting something huge that is entirely inconsequential

153sdsd

This is instruction to test the online order visa master card system for their human traffic online pages

newworldahead

There is no way they mean real pizza.

d. With expiration date and pass-through URL

Yeah right. "Your pizza has expired... so we ate it. Please order a new one."

After test send, click email link, verify pass-through worked, & sign up, to make sure offer is the right thing

Yes sure... let's create a super complicated workflow for ordering pizzas. Hey honey, I just signed up on "Super Pizza Express deluxe". I'm now a premium member. This is cool because with premium they will ship our pizzas to our home! Never heard of that before!

Also:

a. fill out the form below style language (please update these campaign pages on the LIVE site to be "neutral" and make sense regardless of the Pizza or Original version. Make sense?

wtf?

TheSoulBleedsToo

Doesn't the expiration date mean the expiration date of the payment method?

newworldahead

I don't think so. They are talking about campaigns. As far as I understand each campaign promotes a specific package for the service or product they are offering. After a second read though I realize that this is not the shipped item that expires but most likely the subscription to the package.

TheSoulBleedsToo

Thank you.

9217

We collectively looked at this before. Dead ended.

VieBleu

doesn't mean we might not have missed something. Or gotten misled by a disinfo troll.

True True!

fartyshorts

It's come up several times. First time months ago. I mean, you find it as soon as you go to Wikileaks and search for "pizza".

EDIT: That said, I never considered it a dead end.

JusticeWarriorNow

They are talking about testing java code that was developed using Pizza, which is a programming language. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pizza_(programming_language)

Stratfor was creating a new credit card set of pages for their website. They used the Pizza programming language. They were asking for their colleagues teams to test the new credit card processing pages.

burnerdrone04

Smells at least a little fishy. The wikipedia article you reference was last updated January 31 this year (I don't know how common this is). For something that's kind of obsolete, that seems odd. The archive.org snapshots do go back to 2001 for the referenced homepage for the sourceforge project though. No changes have been made to that initial page since January 2002.

newworldahead

They are clearly not speaking about the pizza programming language. I am now almost convinced:

https://search.wikileaks.org/gifiles/emailid/1326447

A ha! The tracking scripts are there when I am logged in as an employee and viewing the campaign pages in stratfor plain ... they are indeed NOT there when I am logged out and looking at pizza .

You don't look at a programming language, ever.

burnerdrone04

Agreed, also you don't put it in quotes.

Confirmed. Tracking scripts have now been added to the appropriate to support "pizza".

GuannaRue

Holy shit, dude!

newworldahead

I'm curious how you came to this conclusion. Is there any other email related to these pizza pages where they talk more specifically about the pizza programming language or java? I searched but couldn't find any.

newworldahead

Not sure about that. Looks like the latest version of the Pizza programming language has been released on January 2002. The stratfor email is from 2011. Why would they use such an outdated language?

bikergang_accountant

It also says "for pizza." Seems with would be the better proposition if it was via pizza.

THE_LIES_OH_THE_LIES

For plausible deniability

formatist

MAYBE THE Y WERE USING PIZZA LANGUAGE B/C IT REMINDED THEM OF THE SEX !

NatashaFatale

This is certainly very suspicious. Maybe this has been pointed out before, but typically drugs and other illegal things, when they are sold in person, are sold for cash. On the internet, there's no cash and bitcoin is not truly anonymous. How do you anonymously buy something on the internet in that case? Maybe prepaid visa cards like they sell at Walmart or anywhere else. You can buy them for cash and then use them for internet purchases. Unless you are sending the purchase to a real address, it seems like it would be totally anonymous.

Proii_Pariah

Reading the page that you linked...I must admit...it's very, very strange.

duhiki

If one is ordering pizza, why is expiration date even an option?

Godwillwin

I looked into this a while back but couldn't get further than this. I hit a brick wall so to speak
