'Patel'. I knew it was an Indian/Pakistani straight away. I think this is less about elite pedo scandal and more about Pakistani degeneracy.

Although I have noticed that's covered up a startling amount, and there are a lot of examples in Europe

GladToBeHere

yeah, exactly, calling it sex is wrong, calling them men is wrong. She was raped by monsters.

cakeoflightylight

Sadly, when a woman reports rape and the rapist does not get indicted the rapist then acts like the allegations were proven false, and comes after the woman.

cakeoflightylight

Sometimes the rapist gets no billed.

The news story was so calm, talking about the hotel should be held responsible. Well okay, but those 1000 people raped her 1000 times (at least). We're talking rape of an underage girl who was kidnapped here. Such a strangely written story, it's like they're reporting on a traffic ticket.

banenya

Normalizing us.

They should all be behind bars. I didn't notice any criminal charges mentioned.

Hope she wins. It's outrageous for them to behave that way. To think they could have picked up the goddamned phone at any time and called the police ending her nightmare.

cakeoflightylight

It's hard to get an indictment in cases of rape. Over 97% of cases reported the rapist doesn't ever see a single day in jail. Source: RAINN.

quantokitty

Not sure that number is accurate. But the problem is that because men lined up around the bock, it means a concerted, premeditated effort of someone with knowledge that 14-yr-old child was in that room. That means: collusion, conspiracy, false imprisonment .. kidnapping if she was transported. She just needs a motivated, inventive attorney to get those bastards in jail.

Seriously. I got sick for the rest of the day by reading this title. That poor human will NEVER be the same, all because some sick fucks can't get a real date and develop a real relationship. They treat humans like animals, like trash to be thrown away. Fuck this reality.

Hug-a-Root

Exactly.

Yes, thank you for posting this.

Civil lawsuits Qui tam lawsuits Freedom of Information Act requests.

All force this into public records and court system

H.R. 985, the "Fairness in Class Action Litigation Act

This would make it impossible for plaintiffs to ever get their day in court. Bye bye class actions and MDLs. Bye bye Qui tam whistleblower actions.

Littleredcorvette

Civil lawsuits may be a good way to force the pus out of the human trafficking pimple.

If you pay the filing fee, you can get your accusation on record. Then let the civil law take over. No more worry about being stonewalled by corrupt police, district attorneys, judges, etc.

Even if you can't find an attorney, you can certainly ask to continue the case and keep it alive for a long time.

And now you have placed your accusation/allegation in the searchable public arena.

And you might even be awarded some money for your suffering. While there won't be prison time through civil law, most likely prison time would be pleaded down anyway through the criminal system.

Hopefully not a way to get suicided as well...these monsters are guilty of the love of money separating them from that could be fatal.

Proii_Pariah

Hopefully some criminal charges are in the works for the proprietors of this motel also.
