They didn't try hard enough. Kenneth Starr is a monster, and he is the primary architect of Epstein's slap-on-the-wrist "punishment". The fact that he helped Bill Clinton's buddy get away with sex crimes against children is just more proof that the Starr hearings were completely bullshit and were just for show.
