Is this Emily McMullin/ Cendyn trumpe-mail.com domain? If it is, I'm not 100% convinced this is a scam. Cendyn sends out promotional emails and Trump already acknowledged using Cendyn's services for automated SPAM for Trump Hotel. I don't think it's related to Evan McMuffin at all, as clearly Evan could have paid the extra $7 a year to register the domain by proxy.

EDIT: Here is Emily McMullin of Cendyn's Linkedin.com Profile. I'm not convinced this is Evan's sister. I think this really is an innocuous registration and the Trump-email server happened to share server space with a bank that communicated with Alfa Bank. Nothing more, and nothing less.
